Forest Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation in St. Clairsville, Ohio, part of Certus Healthcare, seeks a Culinary Aide to assist in meal prep and service in our assisted living community. Join a team dedicated to nutritious, appealing meals tailored to residents’ needs.

Starting pay is $12 per hour. The typical schedule is five 8-hour shifts per week with an every-other-weekend rotation; flexible options include Part Time, PRN, and Weekend Warrior programs.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in the culinary field or food service preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Support cooks and dietary aides in food preparation tasks as needed.
• Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Help with bussing tables and cleaning up after meals to maintain a pleasant dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
