R3 Continuum, LLC is seeking licensed mental health professionals to serve as Critical Incident Responders in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. This contract role focuses on on-site crisis support for organizations and employees following disruptive events, offering flexible engagement where you select cases and locations.

Independent consultants must hold an LMHC/LMFT/LCSW/Psychologist license in Florida, maintain malpractice coverage, and complete CIR training.

Formación

• Licensed professional in Florida (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
• Master's degree in mental health required
• Malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or provide approved CIR training

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees after disruptive workplace events
• Collaborate with client teams to assess needs and deliver immediate stabilization
• Document reports via accessible electronic reporting tools
