Job summary

R3 Continuum LLC is seeking diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to expand our Jacksonville, FL network. You will provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by disruptive workplace events, with a flexible, case-by-case schedule.

We require Florida licensure (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW/Psychologist) and a master’s degree in mental health, plus liability coverage.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of Florida (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
