McDonald’s Wheelersburg is hiring a Crew Team Member to join our fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant. Starting pay is $10 per hour with both full-time and part-time shifts available, plus flexible scheduling to fit around school or other commitments.

You'll greet customers, take orders, help prepare World Famous menu items, and work alongside teammates to maintain cleanliness and food safety. No prior restaurant experience required—we’ll train you. Growth into Crew Trainer and Management awaits.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older.
• We’ll train you on all duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, fast service.
• Help customers order meals and make recommendations.
• Prepare World Famous McDonald’s foods.
• Work with crew and managers to meet daily goals.
• Keep areas, equipment, lobby, and restaurant clean.
• Follow food safety and quality standards.
