Patel McDonald's is hiring a Crew Team Member to support daily operations in our fast-paced restaurant. You’ll greet customers, take orders, help with menu choices, and work alongside the team to prepare and serve meals with a smile.

Starting pay is $10.00 per hour for part-time or full-time roles. We offer training through Archways to Opportunity programs and opportunities to grow as you gain experience in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Part-time or full-time roles available at our restaurant.
• Archways to Opportunity education programs including high school completion and tuition support.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
