Interface Rehab, Inc. is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to join our team in Montclair, CA.

We offer full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling with up to 40 hours per week, across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. You will provide high-quality OT care, evaluate and adjust treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and families, document progress, and help patients reach rehabilitation goals.

Formación

• Active or obtainable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in California.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional occupational therapy care to patients across various settings.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
