Job summary

Millennium Therapy in Reinbeck, IA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents in the Skilled Nursing setting. You will work under supervision to deliver patient-centered OT services and contribute to the clinical team.

Requirements include an AOTA-accredited OTA program degree and licensure or eligibility, strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Negotiable pay based on experience; schedule is 30–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an AOTA-accredited program; state licensure or eligibility.
• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screens and collects assessment data as directed by supervising OT.
• Performs direct treatment of caseload under supervision.
• Participates in clinical team processes and program development.
• Provides training to patients, residents, caregivers, and families per plan of care.
• Prepares treatment materials and assists with clerical duties as needed.
