Millennium Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Keystone, IA. This role involves providing care in both Skilled Nursing and Home Therapy settings. Ideal candidates will have an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• Professional Licensure in the state of hire or eligibility for licensure where required.
• Experience assisting in screens and direct treatment of caseload.

Responsibilities

• Assist in screens and collect assessment data as directed.
• Participate in the clinical team process and provide teaching to caregiver staff.
• Collect assessment data for the evaluation process as directed by supervising therapist.
