Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Neuropsychologist to join its Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity, providing comprehensive evaluations for clients of all ages and coordinating with families and care teams.

You will conduct in-person and virtual assessments, prepare detailed reports, and contribute to treatment planning, with flexible scheduling and access to Lyra’s support resources.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Internship and postdoc specialized in neuropsychology preferred.
• Licensed in CA or NY preferred; PSYPACT preferred.
• Experience conducting testing virtually and in person.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Familiar with online web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages.
• Interpret a wide variety of psychological and neuropsychological test batteries, with occasional direct test administration.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the use and interpretation of neuropsychological assessments.
• Supervise and oversee the work of the patient’s psychometrist to ensure accurate data collection.
• Prepare detailed neuropsychological evaluation reports and separate brief summaries for clients, families, and referring providers.
• Conduct clear, supportive feedback sessions to explain findings, diagnoses, and personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with the patient’s care team to inform and coordinate treatment planning.
• Comfortable completing in-person and virtual sessions with patients and their families.
