• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized medications in home setting.
• Educate patients on administering infusion therapy safely.
• Communicate any scheduling changes to appropriate team members.
• Submit thorough documentation within 24-48hrs of patient encounters.
