Job summary

Always There In-Home Care seeks compassionate Caregivers and CNAs to provide in-home care in the Birmingham area. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship, following individual care plans and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving preferred.
• Strong communication with clients and families.
• Able to follow care plans and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Toileting and incontinence care; mobility and transfers.
• Meal preparation and assistance with meals; medication reminders as permitted.
• Light housekeeping related to client care and companionship.
• Provide transportation or run errands as needed.
• Follow client care plans and observe changes to report to team.
• Promote dignity, safety, and independence.
