Qualifications

• HS/GED preferred.
• Caregiver License (HCA/CNA) required and renewed annually.
• Ability to comply with background requirements (BCCU).
• Ability to communicate both verbal and written with clients and families.
• Capable of handling confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Provides various personal caregiving services per established plan of care.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Prepares meals and maintains special diets as prescribed.
• Performs general housekeeping activities to support independence at home.
• Provides transportation assistance and compassionate companionship.
