Assisting Hands Home Care in Raleigh/Cary, NC is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our community-based team as Community Caregiver / CNA / PCA. This role emphasizes short visits to multiple residents in independent living settings, with a focus on dignity, safety, and independence.

The position offers flexible scheduling, full-time or part-time options, weekend and weekday shifts, and a supportive office team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CNA certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support during short visits.
• Assist with light personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing as needed).
• Provide medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and tidying in resident spaces.
• Meal assistance and setup.
• Mobility and safety support.
• Assist multiple residents during scheduled community visits.
• Document care provided during each shift.
