Job summary

Otterbein Staffing Agency (OSA) is seeking caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team across Otterbein's care settings. You will choose when and where you work, with shifts including 12‑hour and 8‑hour options, and earn competitive pay of $21/hour on weekdays and $23/hour on weekends.

This PRN role supports residents under nurse direction, emphasizing person-centered care, compassion, and reliable documentation. You will help residents maintain independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved certified nursing assistant program.
• CNA/STNA certification required from the State of Ohio; must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• At least 6 months of direct care CNA/STNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.
