Job summary

Care Initiatives is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join AffiniCare staffing, offering a customizable schedule across multiple communities in the region. You can choose full-time or part-time shifts and travel between Care Initiatives locations to cover open shifts.

As part of our team, CNAs provide daily living assistance, companionship, and health monitoring while adhering to infection control.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable CNA experience.
• Active CNA certification.
• Willingness to travel between Care Initiatives communities.
• Lives within reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Deliver emotional support and provide companionship while fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Interact and communicate with residents, families, as well as the healthcare team.
• Provide health monitoring including conducting routine vital checks.
• Encourage and facilitate resident recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for safety.
