Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of hospital or rehabilitation facility experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork in clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Measure, document, and report vital signs.
• Provide bedside support and assist with transfers and ambulation.
• Support daily clinical operations including meals and room setup.
• Observe patient condition and report changes to staff.
• Provide compassionate emotional and social support.
• Follow safety, emergency, and infection control protocols.
• Maintain complete and accurate care documentation.
