Qualifications

• PCA or CNA certification and experience required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active car insurance.
• Background check and state eligibility requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks.
• Compassionate and dependable attitude toward seniors and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with daily living needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and run errands or accompany to appointments.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to supervisor.
