Job summary

Vertus HealthCare in Florida seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. You will provide personal care, assist with ADLs, and support patients to stay independent at home while following the plan of care.

Ideal candidates hold an active Florida CNA license, have reliable transportation, and bring dependable, professional bedside manner to a supportive home health environment. Flexible scheduling and per diem opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license.
• Home health or home care experience preferred.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other ADLs.
• Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance as assigned.
• Follow the patient's plan of care.
• Report changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Complete required documentation.
