Job summary

Flagstar Nursing is seeking Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) for skilled nursing facilities. The role offers flexible scheduling (days/evenings/nights/weekends), weekly pay with direct deposit, and robust benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance.

On-site positions with 24-hour on-call support and referral bonuses are available to enhance patient care and team stability. Applicants must hold an active CNA certificate and meet state/federal employment requirements for nursing facilities.

Qualifications

• Currently holds an active state issued CNA certificate.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.
• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, and transporting in accordance with nursing supervision, the written Plan of Care, and the given facility standards.
• Ensure patients receive essential social and emotional support and provide vital information of patient condition to nurses.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Alternate weekend availability.
