Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including hygiene, grooming, feeding, and mobility as directed by nursing staff.
• Report patient condition and vital information to nurses promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment within the facility.
• Support social and emotional needs of patients and assist with transfers as needed.
• Maintain flexible availability including alternating weekends.
