CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personal care and clinical support to patients across a variety of care settings in El Monte, CA. This is a part-time/per-diem W2 opportunity.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or license.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 months of nursing assistance experience.
• Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply).
• Reliable transportation to and from agreed upon shifts.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning.
• Aid with physician-ordered medications under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe environment.
• Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding any case updates or changes in patient condition.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
