Thrive Rehabilitation of Pearland in Pearland, TX, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for day shift. In this post-acute setting, you will deliver direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians, assist with ADLs, and support rehabilitation goals.

The successful candidate will hold a Texas CNA certification, have a high school diploma, and bring compassionate, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Direct patient care experience preferred in post-acute settings.
• Strong communication with patients and caregivers.
• Ability to document accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nurses/physicians.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to care team.
• Participate in care planning and conferences.
