Job summary

Lamers Bus Lines in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time School Bus Driver to safely transport students on assigned routes and support sports teams and charters. No prior driving experience is required; paid CDL training is provided, and you’ll earn while you learn, with flexible morning, afternoon, and midday shifts.

You'll complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain a friendly, punctual demeanor, and participate in a monthly Safety & Attendance Bonus program as you serve local families

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license held for at least 4 years.
• Good driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
• Must complete a background check, drug screening, and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting students to and from school on assigned routes
• Driving sports teams, groups, and charters to events
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections
• Creating a safe, positive environment for every student and passenger
• Becoming a familiar and trusted face in the community you serve
