The candidate must hold CCC-SLP certification and be able to assess and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience evaluating and treating a variety of communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled speech pathology services to patients across settings and diagnoses.
• Maintain accurate patient histories, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
• Coordinate evaluations, scheduling, and treatment programs for speech therapy.
• Prepare diagnostic reports with recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and accreditation standards.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
• Support organizational policies and Code of Conduct.
• Maintain productivity while delivering quality patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
