Job summary
Family Resource Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers in the Heppner, Boardman and Arlington areas to support clients in their homes across Oregon. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, and ongoing training. You will be paired with clients based on experience and availability, with travel time paid between visits.
No experience? We provide hands-on training and ongoing support from a caring team to help you thrive in this essential role.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs and up to 50 lbs rarely.
- Must own a smartphone with a mobile app.
- Ability to pass state and national background checks.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record.
- Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming).
- Prepare and serve meals, perform household tasks as needed.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
- Transport clients to store or appointments as required.
- Monitor and report on client condition to supervisors.
