Job summary

Right at Home Montgomery urgently needs caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to join a team that prioritizes compassionate care and reliable support for clients in the community.

Shifts are full or part-time with options for weekends, mornings, evenings, or overnight, plus a daily pay option and a weekend differential to reward weekend work. Health/dental insurance and paid training are offered, along with referral bonuses and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license with vehicle.
• Some caregiving experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, mobility, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship.
• Provide compassionate hands-on support to clients and ensure safety and comfort at all times.
