Job summary

Right at Home Montgomery is urgently seeking Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides to join our team and support clients in their homes. We offer flexible scheduling and a positive work environment with options for full-time, part-time, weekends, mornings, afternoons, or overnight shifts.

Benefits include pay starting at $13-$15 per hour with weekly pay, daily pay option with TapCheck, weekend differential, health and dental options, paid training, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license with vehicle.
• Some Caregiving Experience Preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Our caregivers provide compassionate hands-on support to clients by assisting them with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, mobility, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship.
