Right at Home Decatur is seeking caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to join a team that values flexible scheduling and consistent support. Full- or part-time shifts available across mornings, afternoons, weekends, and overnights, with pay starting at 13 to 15 USD per hour and weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license with vehicle.
• Some caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities including personal care, meal prep, cleaning, mobility, transportation, and companionship.
• Ensure safety and quality of care aligned with client care plans.
