• Strong communication with clients, families, and agency coordination.
• Must maintain reliability, punctuality, and professional boundaries.
• Own a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license for transport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in-home care and companionship per client plans.
• Assist with ADLs, meal prep, mobility, and personal hygiene.
