Caring Senior Service in San Antonio is hiring Caregiver, CNA, HHA, and PCA professionals to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care to seniors. Flexible schedules and various shifts help you balance work and life, with pay starting at $12.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience assisting with personal care and activities of daily living is preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional approach to care.
• Valid driver''s license and current automobile insurance may be required.
• Background check may be required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with walking, mobility, positioning, and transfers.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Meal preparation and assistance with eating.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run errands, transportation, and accompany to appointments.
• Observe and report changes in client''s condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Respect client''s privacy, dignity, and independence.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff.
• Document completed care and promptly report concerns.
