Qualifications

• At least 6–months of professional caregiving experience preferred, either in a facility setting or with a home care agency.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• California Home Care Aide registration (HCA number), or willingness to get registered (we’ll guide you).
• Current TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ongoing care needs & collaborate with families and care staff.
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.
• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Ambulation and transferring assistance; driving to appointments and shopping.
• Bathing and dressing assistance.
