Korean Women’s Association (KWA) King County is seeking compassionate individuals to join our caregiver team. We offer paid caregiver training and paid health insurance benefits for both full-time and part-time positions in Seattle and surrounding areas.

Earn between $23.54 and $27.28 per hour with flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment focused on community impact and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Have reliable personal transportation and a valid Washington state driver’s license.
• Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set time frame.
• Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities and morning routines.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Follow care plans and safety guidelines while supporting clients at home.
