Job summary

Right at Home Columbia is urgently hiring compassionate CNAs and Personal Care Assistants to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. The role offers full-time and part-time hours with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, and daily pay options through TapCheck.

We provide paid training and orientation, referral bonuses up to $250, leadership support, and mobile clock-in/out for convenience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred (or equivalent Caregiver experience).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, including mobility, bathing, and dressing.
• Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, cleaning).
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Offer transportation to appointments and errands.
• Provide companionship and specialized care for clients with dementia.
