All Ways Caring HomeCare in Thomas County is seeking a compassionate caregiver/CNA to work 7a-7p on Mon and Fri, supporting clients in Thomasville, Boston, Coolidge, Ochlocknee, Pavo, Barwick, and Meigs. Responsibilities include meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, and transportation assistance, with reliable performance and sensitivity to client independence.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
