Panera Bread in Hershey, PA is hiring Restaurant Team Members to greet guests, prepare salads, soups and sandwiches, and deliver warm hospitality with every interaction.

In this role, you will move between service areas, assist guests at entry and cashier, keep the bakery-cafe clean and safe, and support the team across shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm across areas including Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and speed.
• Stay on the move to assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Be informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
