Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Texas is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and RBT-track professionals for part-time roles with growth as caseloads expand. PBS provides mentoring and complimentary RBT training to support career advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and follow training from BCBA.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and assist clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
