Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Zeeland, Michigan. This part-time opportunity allows for growth into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies while implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and career advancement opportunities, including complimentary RBT training, are offered.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• All roles subject to local and state requirements related to licensure.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
