Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Winfield, Alabama. Positions are part-time with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage actively with clients.
• Experience in childcare or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
