Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Wilmington, NC is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians. The roles are part-time with opportunities to advance to full-time as caseloads grow.

The ideal candidates will work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies and will be responsible for implementing treatment plans. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits including medical insurance and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if needed.
• Ability to actively engage clients, go from sitting to standing unassisted, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under a BCBA's supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
