Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians in Tuckerton, New Jersey. These part-time positions offer potential growth into full-time roles as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation is essential for local travel.
• Ability to physically engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend supervisions, team meetings, and training.
