Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants in South Hadley, Massachusetts. These part-time positions offer the potential for full-time growth as caseloads expand. You will work directly with children with autism applying ABA strategies under supervision.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data on client progress, and communicating with families. This role requires a high school diploma, and experience in ABA is preferred. Competitive pay and a supportive work environment are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage actively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.

Skills
