Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for entry-level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Salinas, California. These part-time positions offer the opportunity to transition into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children using ABA techniques and implement individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and travel locally if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data using PBS tracking tools.
