Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in North Charleston, South Carolina. These part-time roles come with the prospect of transitioning to full-time as caseloads grow. Candidates will engage with children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under supervision. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans and data collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required with a willingness to travel locally.
• Must be able to engage clients actively and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress using PBS tools.
