Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Mount Airy, Maryland. These part-time positions provide the chance to transition to full-time as caseloads grow.

The role involves working 1:1 with children with autism, implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and collecting data for client progress. Candidates should have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to engage clients actively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required; willingness to travel locally if necessary.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
