Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians roles in Montague, MA. The position offers part-time work with a pathway to full-time based on caseload growth. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children using ABA strategies and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally if needed.
• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50lbs, and go from sitting to standing.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Track client progress and communicate with families.
