Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Miami, Florida. These part-time positions offer a pathway for growth to full-time roles as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Strong communication

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field
