Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians in Lexington Park, Maryland. These part-time positions come with the opportunity to transition into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collecting data to track client progress. Candidates should have a high school diploma, experience in ABA, and a passion for working with children.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and go from sitting to standing unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
