Your key responsibilities will involve working directly with children with autism using ABA strategies under a BCBA's supervision. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and experience in ABA therapy or childcare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress using PBS tools.
