Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Leoma, Tennessee. This part-time position provides opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies and implementing treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Ability to engage clients

Childcare or education experience
