Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants in Lenoir, North Carolina. These part-time positions offer the chance to grow into full-time with caseload expansion. Ideal candidates will work one-on-one with children using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans set by a BCBA.

The role includes flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a path for career advancement to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement benefits, are available for those working over 30 hours a week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.
• Reliability and willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record progress data using PBS tracking tools.

Skills

Reliable transportation
